The Traitors: Live Experience, produced by Immersive Everywhere, is one of the UK's most distinctive and sought-after immersive events, inspired by the hit BAFTA-winning BBC and Peacock series. Guests don't just watch the drama unfold, they create it. Assigned to teams, navigating alliances, solving challenges and taking their place at the legendary Round Table.
Selling a nuanced experience such as this demands a flexible ticketing platform. But when Immersive Everywhere partnered with Line-Up, they weren't just looking for a new system, they were looking for a technology partner that could help them build a new operating mode. One that could handle the operational demands of the show, drive commercial performance, and scale as their ambitions grow.

The Challenge
Behind the scenes, The Traitors: Live Experience is operationally intricate. Guests purchase general admission tickets in designated time-slots, but every visitor must then be assigned to a team and placed at a Round Table before they arrive. Previously, this process was dependent upon spreadsheets, manual checks, and hours of admin before every show.
At the same time, public and corporate sales were managed across separate systems by separate teams. Whilst this was all working in practice, in reality it created silos, slowed down sales, and made it difficult to get a clear view of inventory and sales performance.
Given the complexity of the seating allocations, tickets sales were taken off-line at least 24 hours before the day in order to amalgamate all bookings and seat groups. This process could result in unsold inventory, due to the team being unable to quickly reseat tables en masse.
The team needed a platform that could bring everything together, automate the manual complex tasks and free up staff to focus on delivering an unforgettable experience.

Using Line-Up's automated guest seating tool, the team can now assign every guest to their team and Round Table seat at the click of a button. Guests are seated across the whole venue in minutes rather than hours. Manual, error-prone processes have been banished and staff time has been redirected to on-site delivery and guest experience.
Implementing per-order Customer Forms means that all corporate or public booking information is consolidated in one platform. This has led to a much improved visitor experience as vital Access or VIP booking information is available to every team, such as Arrivals, Front of House and the Bar.
